If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel the order by contacting Customer Services.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL PO BOX/ADDRESS?
At the moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes. However, an international delivery can be organized. Please contact Customer Services for further assistance.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. However, to do so we require a 100% upfront payment.
CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR AN ITEM I PURCHASED THAT IS NOW ON SALE?
Unfortunately, we can not process price adjustments at this time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Normally our products are delivered within 5-7 days of order confirmation.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation from Customer Services upon dispatch of your order. However, to avail this service you need to provide us with your email address/mobile number.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on unused merchandise only. Goods may be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. Buyer pays return shipping charges.
